The apartment

A beautifully designed ground-floor apartment with everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. It features two double bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom has a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), while the second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The spacious living area with open-plan kitchen creates a bright, comfortable space, and every room opens directly onto the garden.

The apartment is fully equipped with ducted air conditioning and heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, as well as a washer-dryer, oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. You will also find complete kitchenware, basic cooking essentials, bicycles for adults and children, paddle tennis rackets, table tennis bats and private parking included.

The real highlight is the 150 m² private garden surrounding the apartment, where you can enjoy both sun and shade throughout the day and all year round. It includes a large outdoor dining area, a relaxed lounge area, a breakfast corner and sun loungers. From the garden, you have direct access to the residential complex’s shared areas, making it an ideal space to relax and enjoy time with family or friends.

The residential complex

The apartment is located in a peaceful, beautifully maintained private residential complex by the beach, designed for guests to enjoy the surroundings in a relaxed and safe atmosphere. Its spacious green areas, gardens and open spaces create a genuine sense of calm and wellbeing.

The complex features a large saltwater swimming pool, sun terrace, paddle tennis court, table tennis tables, children’s play area and pleasant outdoor lounge spaces where you can sit back and unwind. The shared areas are spacious and peaceful, making the complex ideal for both families and couples.

From the apartment, you can easily reach the beach and all local services, so you can leave the car parked and enjoy the area comfortably on foot or by bike.

The swimming pool is open every day from 15 June to 15 September. It is also available during Holy Week and Easter, as well as at weekends between Easter and 15 June, and from 15 September to 15 October.

Costa Ballena

The location is one of the apartment’s greatest advantages: in just a 3-minute walk, you are on the beach, with more than 4 km of fine sand to enjoy without the crowds. Nearby, you will find beach restaurants such as Chinini, El Ajedrez and Casa Manuela, where you can enjoy the best of Cadiz cuisine while watching unforgettable sunsets.

You will also have supermarkets, cafes, a pharmacy and all essential services just a few minutes away. The area offers pleasant paths for walking or cycling, outdoor sports spaces and children’s play areas.

Costa Ballena Golf Club is very close by, making the area perfect for enjoying the sea, playing golf or simply switching off in a peaceful setting.

Nearby towns and things to do

Costa Ballena is the perfect starting point for discovering the best of the Cadiz coast. Just a few minutes away, Chipiona is known for its lighthouse and beaches; Rota for its historic centre and seaside atmosphere; and El Puerto de Santa Maria for its wineries and lively local character. Nearby, Jerez de la Frontera offers wine, horses and flamenco, while Sanlucar de Barrameda combines gastronomy, tradition and access to Donana National Park.

A little further along the coast, Cadiz captivates visitors with its history, La Caleta beach and spectacular sunsets. It can also be reached by the charming ferry from Rota or El Puerto. For a different kind of day trip, the inland white villages such as Arcos de la Frontera, Vejer and Medina Sidonia offer history, character and some of the best viewpoints in Andalusia.
